Our products boast excellent durability thanks to validation processes, quality control, and the use of premium materials. Some models continue to function for more than three years. We also offer replacement parts for consumables.

🧼 What care should I take with 3D printed products?
To keep your products in perfect condition: do not expose them to temperatures above 60°C, clean them with a soft cloth dampened with neutral soap, do not use degreasers or harsh detergents, avoid excessively humid environments, and do not leave them in hot places such as the dashboard or trunk of a car in direct sunlight. These precautions prevent them from deforming or losing their functionality.

📦 Can I pick up my order in person?
We do not currently handle in-person deliveries. All orders are shipped via national or international courier companies. This allows us to track orders, ensure safe delivery, and avoid delays.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments, PayPal, and transfers through international platforms such as Wise and Payoneer. In Colombia, we also accept payments via Nequi, Daviplata, or bank transfers. Contact us if you need assistance in your specific country.

🚨 What happens if the product arrives damaged?
